A short-lived but concrete fix. At the start of one school year, teacher turnover left Del Norte’s CS classes struggling to keep pace, and a lot of classmates needed more help than class time could give. As one of the more experienced CS students, I started a tutoring club and worked with the CS teacher to set up office-hours and lunchtime sessions for anyone who was stuck.

It ran for about three months. Once students had settled in and the teacher had regained footing, it had done its job, so I closed it.
